Filing a Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by completing a DMCA Notice and delivering it to our agent. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take appropriate action, including removal of the challenged material.

Notice Requirements

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the specific URL).
Your contact information (Name, address, telephone number, and email).
A statement of "good faith belief" that the use is not authorized by the owner or the law.
A statement that the information provided is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include your contact details, identification of the removed material (URL), and a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief in the error.

What Happens Next

Removal: We may disable access to the material upon receipt of a valid notice.
Notification: We notify the user responsible for the material.
Restoration: If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a strict policy to terminate or restrict access for users found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Misuse of Process

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
